Sailfish are targeted on our charters because of the aerial jumps, and the long runs of Drag-screaming action. Sails are a year round fishery here in Key West. There are times when they are here in Great numbers including the Spring, and fall months.
Sailfish are some of the most beautiful fish in the ocean. With their long muscular body that has a point of a spear on one end and a three foot tail at the other end.
Our clients happily bring their catch to Dante’s Raw bar to have it perfectly cooked up
